Founded in 1972 by Tom Hoske, the company works with customers to ensure satisfaction in home repairs, kitchen and bath remodeling, HVAC work, and related painting. HMI Remodeling | Hoske Maintenance is family-owned and operated in Itasca, IL, serving primarily the Western Chicago Suburbs. Since our company opened in 1972, we’ve treated every customer like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services are the best, and come with a personal touch.
Worked in the trades for over 40 years, gaining additional training and respect along the way. Familiar with a wide variety of residential, commercial, and small industrial repairs and remodeling. Has YorkStar training certificates in Air Conditioning Troubleshooting, Diamond Series Furnaces, Basic A/C Troubleshooting, and Affinity Furnace & DiagnosTech Controls.
Licensed electrical contractor. Certification in HVAC from College of DuPage. Has been working in the company since 1982. Proficient in home improvement and service work. Always ready with good news and a bad joke.
